The di- and triorganotin(iv) derivatives of (E)-4-oxo-(2,4,6-trichloroanilimo)-2-butenoic acid have been synthesized by the reaction of organotin (IV) chloride and oxide with corresponding acid in 1:2 and 1:1 molar ratios. The reported compounds were characterized by vibrational spectroscopy, multinuclear NMR and Eectron Impact Mass spectrometry. These complexes were also screened for their antileishmanial, antibacterial, antifungal, Cytotoxicity and insecticidal activity.
