Synthesis and Crystal Structure of O-Methyl-N-(2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl--D-xylopransoyl)-thiocarbamate

In the title compound, C13H19NO8S, I, the hexopranosyl ring adops a chair conformation. All the substituent are in equatorial positions, there are these three intramolecular interactions, each forming a five-membered ring. The molecules are linked by C5 H5B…O2, C9-H9B…O&B and C7-H7A…SJ interactions into three dimensional framework. The atom O8 shows a positional disorder.
