Chemiluminescence detection has been used in conjunction with flow injection analysis for the determination of hydrogen peroxide and cobalt (II). In general, the limit of detection is at the femtomole level. The relative standard deviation over the range 1x10-11 - 1 x 10-4 M is 0-9% (n=10) with a sample throughput of 350 h-1.
