Different parameters of the resulting clinker and cement were studied and compared with the British and Pakistan standard specification. 5 % bagasse ash was found as the optimal limit to be blended and pulverized with other raw material prior to clinkerization which decreased the emission of carbon dioxide to the environment up to 1.73 %. Moreover it replaced 5 % clay from the raw meal.
