The present work deals with the study of electrical conductivity of the system(AgP03)1 -(AgF)                                                    in the range 0.2~x~0.9 mole fraction by                   -x      x method of comp 1 ex impedance. Conduct i vity 'measurements were carri ed out between 70·C & 240·C. We observed a large increase of conductivity due to the doping effect by AgF. A maximum conductivity appears at X=0.8 mole fraction corresponding to a minimum activation energy(E =0.548 ev). Similar behaviour of maximum conductivity corresponding to a minimum activa­tion energy has been observed in other solid electrolytes based on Agl [1,2,7,12,13].
