Some novel 2-trihalogenomethyl-8-nitro-s-triazolo[1,5-~]pyridines of potential interest as radiosensitizer have been prepared from,2-hydrazino-3nitropyridine in condensation with trifluoroacetic anhydride, trichloroacetic and tribromoacetic acids respectively. These compounds are characterized by spectral techniques.
